Full-Service Processing

  • When the Loan officer submits our submission form, our staff picks it up from here!

  • Review file for completeness: File gets scrubbed for completeness and prepped for initial disclosures.

  • Prepare all documentation for full submission (income calculations and pre-underwriting) and submit full loan packages to Lender of your choice.

  • Order Title, Insurance, Appraisal, HOA Docs, VOE, VOR, VOM, etc

  • Once loan is approved, our processing team will send loan approval to borrower and gather all conditions for a clear to close.

  • Daily/Weekly updates to parties involved

  • Once clear to close has been issued, our team will work on scheduling the closing with parties involved unless otherwise stated by broker.

  • Follow through to funding, making sure all funding conditions are met and ensure proper disbursement of all payments.

Fee Schedule

Our 3rd party processing fees are charged to the borrower on section B of the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure.

**Rush Fee Definition: File needs to be disclosed same day or the purchase agreement has a closing date of 15 days or less from the time of submission to processing.
