Loan Processing Support

Our team at 1st Choice Processing provides comprehensive loan processing support to ensure that your mortgage business runs smoothly. From document preparation to underwriting, we handle it all so you can focus on growing your business.

Outsourced Processing

Save time and money by outsourcing your loan processing needs to us. Our fees are passed on to the borrower without affecting your commission. If your loan does not close, we do not charge you a cancellation fee. You have nothing to lose and freedom to gain!

Compliance Expertise

Stay compliant with our industry expertise. Our team stays up-to-date with all regulations and requirements to ensure that your business is always in compliance.

Our Process Is Simple

Initial Review

We'll review the loan file in your LOS to make sure all 1003 data is complete and AUS findings are acceptable.

Submission to UW

We'll review initial docs to make sure all required stipulations are in the file and submit to underwriting.

File setup

We'll register your file with the lender of your choice, re-issue credit and run AUS.

3rd Party Orders

We'll order all 3rd party services (e.g. appraisal, title, HOI, condo docs, VOEs, and more)

Disclosures

We'll request initial disclosures and send them to you for approval, and email it to the client.

Conditions

We'll work directly with the borrower to source all documents and satisfy UW conditions.

Final UW Approval

We'll get your file Cleared to Close fast. 80% of our files are CTC in less than two weeks!

Final Docs

We'll balance with title and the lender to make sure final docs are prepared correctly and all disbursements are completed.

Hi, I'm Deanna Kangnavong, Broker/Owner of 1st Choice Processing, LLC. With more than 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I partner with mortgage brokers and loan officers to provide dependable, full-service loan processing from application through closing.

Over the years, I've successfully processed a wide variety of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, HELOC, and renovation loans. My extensive experience enables me to navigate complex loan scenarios while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a strong focus on meeting closing deadlines.

I believe that communication, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up are the foundation of a successful loan process. My goal is to make the experience as smooth and efficient as possible by keeping everyone informed, resolving issues quickly, and helping ensure loans close on time.
